This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us through truvexali.com, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to educational inquiries: name, email and message. We also process basic technical data (truncated IP address, browser, operating system) when you enable analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purpose
We use the data to answer inquiries, send requested educational materials, keep internal records required by Argentine law, and improve the site experience. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for independent advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your free, express and informed consent when you complete the form or adjust your cookie preferences. You can revoke consent at any time by writing to contacto@truvexali.com.
5. Retention period
We retain data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your data may be processed by contracted technology providers (hosting in the European Union, secure email platforms and measurement tools such as Google Ads under Consent Mode v2), always under confidentiality agreements and with appropriate security measures.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. We will publish the latest revision date at the top of the document and, if changes are significant, notify you by email.
